National Trainings Completed – The Next Chapter Begins!

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the national training workshops organised in Croatia, Serbia, Türkiye, and Denmark as part of the Erasmus+ Sport project “The Power of Public Relations in Sport (PPR)”.

Over the past months, project partners delivered a series of in-person workshops and online training sessions, reaching sports professionals from different backgrounds, including coaches, managers, volunteers, and athletes. The trainings focused on strengthening participants’ knowledge and skills in public relations and communication in sport, with a strong emphasis on practical application.

Participants explored key topics such as strategic communication planning, branding and reputation management, media relations, sponsorship communication, digital and social media engagement, and crisis communication. Through interactive exercises and real-life examples, they gained tools to improve the visibility, credibility, and impact of their sports organisations.

What’s next?

With the training phase completed, the project now moves into the tracking progress phase. Each participant has selected a real-life PR activity to implement within their own sport club or organisation. Over the coming months, they will work on activities such as developing communication plans, launching media initiatives, engaging local communities, or strengthening brand identity.

Participants will receive guidance and support from experienced mentors, ensuring that the knowledge gained during the trainings is translated into concrete actions and sustainable results.

We look forward to following their progress and seeing how these ideas come to life, contributing to stronger communication and more sustainable development in sport.
